Joe's List - (Terms)

1. Acceptable Use

By using JoesList, you agree to use our services responsibly and legally. We reserve the right to remove any content that, in our sole discretion, is illegal, harmful, or violates these terms.

• Prohibited Activities: Any illegal activity, harassment, transmission of harmful materials (including CSAM), forgery, or impersonation is strictly forbidden.
• System Resources: You may not misuse system resources (CPU, memory, or bandwidth) or attempt to disrupt our services.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity on your account, even if committed by others. Keep your credentials secure.
• Automated Access: Accessing JoesList services via automated tools, scripts, or bots is strictly prohibited.

2. Service & Liability

• "As Is" Basis: JoesList is provided "as is" and on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Liability: We are not liable for any issues arising from service use, including delays or interruptions.
• Data Security: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss under any circumstances.
• Control: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

3. Payments & Billing

• Fees: Paid services require payment in advance. Overdue accounts will be suspended.
• Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. Refunds are granted only at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel via email at any time. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.
• Disputes: Billing disputes must be reported within 30 days. Chargebacks will result in service termination and reconnection fees.

4. Anti-Spam Policy

• Spam: Spam is strictly forbidden. We define spam as unsolicited advertising or off-topic posts sent or posted excessively.
• Consequences: Violating our anti-spam policy will result in account termination, a $250 cleanup fee, and reporting to both your provider and legal authorities.

5. Ads and Listings

• Honesty: Ads and listings must not be deceptive or misleading in any way.
• Relevance: Ads and listings must be relevant to the category they are placed in.
• Content:Ads and listings must not contain any offensive or inappropriate content.
• No Pornography: Ads and listings must not contain nor link to any sexually explicit material (including ads).
• Removal: We reserve the right to deactivate or remove any ad or listing that we deem to be inappropriate.

6. Privacy & Cookies

• Personal Information: We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties.
• Functionality: on Joeslist, cookies are used to maintain your login state, and to record the solution to the CAPTCHA.
• Essential Cookies: We use essential cookies to ensure the site functions correctly. We respect your privacy and structure our cookie usage accordingly. Use of the site implies acceptance of our use of cookies.
